Decorating Kitchen and Bath

Why Do We Love @Mrs_Steam and TALA?

Screen Shot 2015-02-09 at 9.29.50 AMHadley Court readers, today, we’d like to introduce you to Mrs. Steam, known to her friends and family as Martha Orellana, the VP of Sales and Marketing for one of Leslie Hendrix’s Wood’s #BlogTourVegas sponsors to #KBIS2015, http:/mrsteam.com.

Martha is one very special lady and the company she represents, Mr. Steam, is the best in the business at what they do, which is manfacturing, in the USA, luxury steam shower fittings to give anyone who desires it the experience of a steam shower in their own homes or offices, or to provide one for their guests in a hospitality setting.

Why is Martha, herself, so special? Because she knows how to support designers + bloggers in ways that matter to them. For instance, she provided an incredible wellness spa experience in Las Vegas at the ARIA for Leslie and her fellow #BlogTourVegas goers. You can read all about that here on the blog of Atlanta designers Kelly Kole and Joanne Kandrac and here on the blog of Charlotte, NC designer, Holly of The English Room – two of Leslie’s fellow #BlogTourVegas goers.

Martha knows how to make the experience of supporting her company a lot of fun, while at the same time educating everyone on how to incorporate her company’s products into luxury bathrooms properly via presentations like this one given by award winning Canadian kitchen designer, Corey Klassen, another #BlogTourVegas goer, at #KBIS2015.

Readers, one of the wonderful experiences available to YOU on Martha’s company’s site, is Mr. Steam’s *VIRTUAL SPA* builder. Just click

http://virtualspa.mrsteam.com/#/

to add different components and to see how much it would cost you to have your very own steam shower spa in your homes! THAT is smart marketing, right, and fun, too!  See what I mean?

Now, beyond providing luxury spa experiences, Martha and Mr. Steam have also introduced a line of bath products, called TALA, that Leslie and all her fellow #BlogTourVegas goers were able to try and take home.

What a perfect Valentine’s Day gift, right? It’s not too late if you order today and ask for 2 or 3 day shipping.

And lest there be any doubt in your mind about how much fun Martha makes it for everyone, I was able to attend the #ModenusTalks event in Las Vegas myself, and watch Martha in action. Here, Martha , on the far right with the big smile, had set up a *Wheel of Fortune* wheel, and asked everyone in the audience to ask a question about steam showers. Anyone who raised their hand and asked a question, got the chance to spin the Wheel of Mr. Steam and win a prize – ranging from a 10.00 Starbucks gift card [ I won that one! ] to a TALA gift set, to a 20.00 shopping spree!

So, not only did we all learn more about Mr. Steam’s products, based on questions from other designers and bloggers in the audience, but we all got to have fun spinning the wheel, winning our prize or… taking a prize we coveted from someone else who’d already won it – similar to what happens in Christmas gift exchanges.

Below, you see professional blogger Ronique Jones Gibson of the blog,  Stagetecture, about to do just that, and having a lot of fun at it!

Martha, you are one wonderful woman and marketer, and we can’t thank Veronika Miller, CEO and founder of Modenus, enough, shown below, for bringing you into all of our lives!

You truly do know how to make us FEEL GOOD!

And readers, for even more about FEELING GOOD with Tala, please click through to Boston interior designer Linda Holt’s wonderful post, here, another #BlogTourVegas goer…and read more about Tala, for yourself.

Thank you, Martha, for your support of the design and blogging community.

If we were all still together in person, we’d be passing Valentine’s Day week cookies out to everyone, but since we’re not, please take one of the pretty cookies at the end of this post, dear readers and friends, and enjoy it virtually, while you’re perusing how to build your own steam shower, or which TALA products you’d like to buy for your loved ones on Valentine’s Day by clicking on the TALA logo below to watch the TALA video from Mr. Steam.
