I am so excited about the upcoming publication of Suzanne Tucker’s new book: “Interiors, The Romance of Design.” If you may remember from a previous post, I have a design crush on Suzanne Tucker. Her design aesthetic resonates through and through me. I love her unique way of layering textures and antiques and transitioning between modern and old world. I have looked through her first book, “Rooms to Remember”, more times than I can count. I see something new and inspiring each time I view this magnificent book.

Tucker’s new book promises to be even more delectable than her first. Her new books gives us a glimpse into some of the most exquisite residences in the country, from an art-filled contemporary townhome to a massive mountain lodge, from a Normandy-style country estate to Tucker’s own home. Tucker’s own home is and enchanting retreat filled with personal collections of antiques from around the world. I can’t wait to get a glimpse of how this style icon chooses to design her own personal spaces.

As you can see, Tucker’s style is polished and refined with an eye for architectural detail. I know her new book will be filled with more of her ravishing designs layered with her signature sense of appropriateness and individuality. I hope you will join me and preorder “Interiors, The Romance of Design” by The Monacelli Press. This book is a must read for the design aficionado.
