At the recent High Point Market, one of Leslie’s sponsors, John Richard Collection, showcased a stunning collection of lighting – one of their strengths.
Whether it was table lamps, cascading crystal chandeliers, or sconces — in styles ranging from modern to traditional or transitional — there was something to be seen around every corner to delight the eye and senses.
Today, I’ve paired a few of Leslie’s favorites with fashion and jewelry.
One of Leslie’s favorites, and I’d have to agree, this would be one of my favorites, too, from the John Richard Collection of lighting is their *Black Ties* chandelier, merging elegant traditional and contemporary styling with a gorgeous cascade of oval cut crystals wrapped in gold.
The deep swooping back of this crystal beaded gown demonstrates how elegant & graceful lines transition traditional into contemporary.
Juxtaposed with the stunning nickel plated components and crystal shaped horn table lamp that Leslie fell in love with during her visit to the John Richard Collection showroom at High Point Market, this pairing shows how couture fashion influences even lighting designers.
The eyelash sequins on this Marc Jacobs gown mimic the facets on this gorgeous cut crystal egg table lamp from John Richard Collection.
Leslie loved this dressed up table lamp with a beaded fob, hanging from the neck of this table lamp like jewelry, at the High Point Market showroom of John-Richard Collection.
Leslie believes that beautiful lighting, like beautiful fashion, illuminates life and Alex Malouf, the owner of John Richard Collection believes
” that the most beautiful space you should encounter each day is when you enter your home.”
