- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried minced onion
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 2 Tbsp apricot jam (I use sugarless)
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 olive oil
- Place all ingredients in blender or use an immersion blender to blend throughly.
- Dressing is better if it has a least 2 hours to sit before use.
- Store in a airtight container for up to a week in the refrigerator.
