Have you ever wondered what a 50 million dollar luxury penthouse looks like?
ACQUALINA in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida – 30 miles from Miami Beach and 5 minutes from Bal Harbor, is the brand name of the finest group of luxury residential real estate properties in the world, which includes Acqualina Resort and Spa At The Beach, Estates At Acqualina, being developed now, {with lobbies by Karl Lagerfeld} and The Mansions At Acqualina, already completed.
Yes, lobbies by Karl Lagerfeld.
Can you imagine sitting in on this design meeting with Eddie and Jules Trump [ the developers – no relation to Donald ] and their team, in Mr. Lagerfeld’s offices here in Paris?
We loved seeing the video of this meeting on the Estates at Acqualina’s website – which we’ve linked to at the end of this post.
Dear readers: are you ready for another virtual vacation?
Let’s begin!
First, here’s the view from the living room at the Estates at Acqualina and a fly over view of the overall location on Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
Are you thinking {after absorbing the breathtaking beauty of these unimpeded views } like we are, about the installation of those remote control, retractable full length window treatments and how difficult that must have been?
What a beautiful living room for entertaining on a grand scale!
Below is Villa Acqualina, a 45,000 sq. ft. state of the art “amenity center” for the use of the residents of Estates at Acqualina.
But, with views like these, we don’t think we’d ever use the amenity center …although our guests, children and grandchildren might.
And, because the Estate at Acqualina’s penthouses were designed by Fendi Casa, we are partial to these sunglasses from Fendi’s Spring/Summer ’16 collection, if we should need to shield our eyes from the glare of the sunrise…or remain incognito.
It can get a bit confusing to know which property is which, so L to R:
The Mansions at Acqualina, The Acqualina Resort and Spa At The Beach, and then the two buildings which comprise the Estates at Acqualina, under construction now.
We already believed them when they said, ” Every wish and desire anticipated” but when we found out the “house car” is a velvet red Ghost Rolls Royce, we then understood why they are almost sold out, at 3.9 million starting prices.
And then there is the Acqualina Resort and Spa At The Beach – a family friendly 5 star luxury resort, nestled snuggly between these residential high rise buildings.
We love the elegance of this cream and red poolside cabana at the resort, where you can have a gourmet lunch, take a leisurely nap or enjoy a soothing outdoor massage.
Could there be a more perfect location for the resort than to be situated on 400 linear feet of pristine beachfront on Collins Avenue? And another 502 feet next door, for the Estates at Acqualina?
Heaven on earth – and in the United States!
And even though you may never live in one of the Estates at Acqualina, dear readers, [ or maybe you will! ] we hope you will make the time to enjoy views like the one below with your family this summer at Acqualina Resort and Spa At The Beach.
We couldn’t think of a better way to while away a week, than to be right here….wearing the perfect sunglasses, of course, because…can you imagine the pictures?
Fendi: Hadley Court hearts these from your Spring/Summer 2016 sunglass collection.
