The prosecco adds a bit of festive sparkle that everyone will love and fresh blueberries and lemon brighten up the drink. Garnish with a sprig of thyme for an aromatic treat.
What you’ll need
- 1 Blueberries
- 1 Lemon, slices
- 1 Thyme
- Ice
- 1 cup Limoncello liqueur
- 1 (750 ml) bottle Prosecco (We recommend LaMarca, it’s a personal favorite and perfect for summer!)
Ginger Peach Moscow Mules
What’s better than a crisp mule in the middle of summer? With its stylish mug, cooling ability, and hearty fruit, it’s the perfect summer cocktail to enjoy with friends out on the patio.
What you’ll need
- 3 large ripe peaches
- 1 one-inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 ounces Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
- Ice for serving
- 2 cups ginger beer soda (be sure to look for ginger beer, not ginger ale)
