Seasonal food and drinks are always best, which is what we love about this refreshing  Limoncello Prosecco with Blueberries & Thyme. The prosecco adds a bit of festive sparkle that everyone will love and fresh blueberries and lemon brighten up the drink. Garnish with a sprig of thyme for an aromatic treat.

What you’ll need

  • 1 Blueberries
  • 1 Lemon, slices
  • 1 Thyme
  • Ice
  • 1 cup Limoncello liqueur
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle Prosecco (We recommend LaMarca, it’s a personal favorite and perfect for summer!)

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 6 ounces Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
  • Ice for serving
  • 2 cups ginger beer soda (be sure to look for ginger beer, not ginger ale)
  • Lime or lemon wedges, for garnish

Leslie received her undergraduate degree in business. She worked briefly in banking and returned to school to earn her MBA.
